The NW TTAP Center management structure contains strategic and operational components that can be broken down into three parts:
- A Board of Directors (BOD) will act as the decision-making body for the NW TTAP
- Director, Associate Director, and Assistant Director.
- A Steering Committee (SC) will serve a major strategic role by developing and revising the strategic plan, reviewing the implementation plan, and establishing relationships between NW TTAP and key stakeholders.
- A Management Team (MT) of support staff will execute decisions made by the BOD and will handle daily operations of the NW TTAP Center
