You are warmly invited to attend an upcoming PacTrans Leadership Development Seminar titled “Shaping the Future of Transportation: Leadership, Skills, and Vision for a Changing World.” The seminar will take place on Monday, March 9, from 12:30–2:20 PM in HUB 145, and is free and open to the public. Three outstanding leaders will speak at this event:

• Bruce Haldors, CEO and Board Chair of Transpo Group Inc.
• Eva Lerner-Lam, member of NAE and Founding President of ASCE Transportation & Development Institute

This event is designed to inspire transportation professionals to think strategically about their career development, embrace lifelong learning, and lead with purpose in shaping safer, more innovative, and resilient transportation systems. Kirk Vinish, AICP is the TTAP Assistant Director at the Pacific Northwest Transportation Consortium (PacTrans), the USDOT Region 10 University Transportation Center housed in the Department of Civil & Environmental Engineering at the University of Washington. He provides transportation technical assistance, project development support, and capacity-building services to public agencies and Tribal governments across the Pacific Northwest. Kirk’s work focuses on practical implementation, funding strategy, and strengthening local transportation program delivery through applied research and partnership.
